The Role: As Planning and Compliance Manager you will be a member of the Resources and Planning team, reporting to the Resources and Planning Manager. Your team of five collaborates with Estate and Marketing/Operations teams to deliver sustainable and safe planning of our operations across the 95,000-hectare Forest Estate. Certified to the internationally recognised Responsible Wood Certification Scheme (RWCS), you are responsible for managing ongoing compliance and improvement for this program and our Forest Management System (FMS). Within your role you will provide leadership to your team in key areas of:
Health, safety and wellbeingPeople and culture, capability and team developmentIncreasing forest value through planning best practice silviculture programsFire prevention, response capability and recovery participationAudit programs ensuring compliance and effectiveness of RWCS & FMSTo be successful in this role you will need relevant experience across the above key areas and be capable of:
