About the Role:
The Program Coordinator will provide operational oversight and coordination of processes across participating schools. This includes the following:
Coordinate the Professional Learning Communities (PLCs), Youth Advisory Council, and annual teacher conference, supporting school leaders and teachers to build capability in delivering the objectives of the program.
Stakeholder engagement to inform program delivery, ongoing monitoring and evaluation activities, and engagement with the program within schools and school communities.
Provide leadership and guidance to schools on delivering STEM curriculum to shape learning experiences aligned to the program pillars of place, pathways, and sustainability.
Support schools with strengthening student STEM pathways to employment within the region.
Provide program reporting and administration of program grant funding through the Steering Committee.
