We are seeking a highly motivated early childhood professional that has previous Centre Manager experience managing large centres.
About the Centre Sunkids Benowa is a purpose-built centre that caters for 103 children from 6 weeks to school age throughout 5 fully-serviced, modern learning rooms designed specifically for each age group.
Sunkids will offer the fortunate Centre Manager that joins us: Annual salary packages ranging from $115,000 to $135,000 (on a full-time basis) Support and advice provided by an experienced and skilled support team Professional development and mentoring by key Sunkids personnel An organisation that respects and values all employees If you have the desire to: Lead a highly motivated team to deliver a high quality, emergent curriculum Be able to provide a safe and stimulating environment Be able to direct, lead and role model in all areas Have Fantastic Communication Skills Ideally have completed Bachelor of Early Childhood or Diploma of Children Services as a minimum qualification Hold a current Blue Card, Current First Aid, CPR & Asthma Anaphylaxis Training Put the best interests of children first Help to ensure staff provide a safe and stimulating environment Assist with daily operations of the centre, including staff management, enrolments, record keeping and fees management system Ideally have a sound knowledge of QikKids Applicants able to contribute to Sunkids high standards are invited to apply.
