About the role We are currently seeking a compassionate Therapy Assistant to join our team at Clarence Estate on a Casual basis. This role will require travelling between Kojonup, Katanning and Albany areas.
Reporting to the Director of Nursing, you will work closely with our residents to improve their quality of life by undertaking group and individual interventions as per their individualised care plans.
You will possess highly developed communication, assessment, and problem-solving skills, a demonstrated ability to work effectively in an inter-disciplinary team and make meaningful connections with our residents and their families.
