You will be responsible for growing our audience reach, enhancing our marketing campaigns, and ensuring that our theatre becomes a preeminent destination for entertainment.
Key Responsibilities: Audience Development: Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain both new and existing audiences. Craft innovative placemaking strategies that resonate with diverse audience segments and align with the theatre's vision.
Marketing Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans tailored to various channels. Focus on expanding value propositions and maximizing engagement across different platforms.
Campaign Execution: Design and roll out high-impact marketing campaigns that drive ticket sales, boost attendance, and reflect our brand's positioning. Ensure campaigns meet or exceed sales and attendance targets.
Sales & Engagement: Oversee initiatives to achieve targeted ticket sales and enhance audience engagement. Utilize our database effectively to inform marketing strategies and track performance.
Brand Positioning: Ensure that all marketing efforts align with placemaking goals and established brand image.
Our Perfect Fit: Proven experience in theatre marketing.Demonstrated experience in the development and management of data-driven marketing plans that achieve company goals.Excellent strategic thinking and project management skills.Proficiency in using data and analytics to drive marketing decisions.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent stakeholder management skills (internal and external).Strong understanding of the performing arts sector in Australia and associated trends.Experience in budget development and control.Ability to work collaboratively with the West HQ Marketing team and Sydney Coliseum Theatre team.If you are passionate about theatre marketing and ready to take on this exciting challenge, we want to hear from you!
