About the role We're currently looking for a Marketing Executive to join our team. As Marketing Executive, you'll be responsible for delivering a variety of activities and projects to help us drive awareness for our market-leading insurance products.
Reporting to our Joint Managing Director, you'll work in a fast-paced environment to develop content, test new ideas, and generally make great things happen!
Responsibilities include: Plan and execute Solution Underwriting's annual Broker Events as agreed with the JM Director.Plan and execute Solution Underwriting's event sponsorships.Plan, create/collaborate and execute Electronic Digital Mail (EDMs).Apply for industry awards, including post-win promotion.Facilitate and manage paid media opportunities.Create, manage and distribute social media content.Develop and maintain NIBA certified training.Develop and maintain broker report templates for marketing-related data analysis.Design and create presentations for capacity providers/security partners.Roll out and maintain branded marketing collateral (brochures, signs, banners) and merchandise across all states.Deliver quarterly Town Hall meetings on marketing updates.Update the corporate website; generate posts for social media and help maintain the social calendar across all channels.Manage invoices and marketing team expenses, ensuring all are appropriately recorded and shared with finance on time.General administration and organization of marketing team documents and internal shared drive structure.General ad-hoc support across the marketing team, providing exposure to a variety of marketing programs and skills.About you You're someone who embodies our shared values, is excited to be part of our journey, and is committed to making a difference. Other qualifications we value highly are:
