Permanent, Part-Time position First class, new and technologically advanced event spaces Rare opportunity for an experienced venue manager to join a dedicated team. Salary $75 - $80k (full-time equivalent) dependant on experience Part-time – 20 hours per week At Trinity College, our new  Marnkutyi Parirna (Three Rivers) Theatre and Hewitson Theatre provide a leading performing arts hub in the northern suburbs of Adelaide. Our venues feature leading acoustic, lighting, audio and staging technology, providing an exceptional audience experience. The Theatre & Events Coordinator will be required to professionally represent our College in the delivery of performances at each of our venues – supporting from concept to the final performance. Under the direction of the Performance Facilities Manager the Theatre & Events Coordinator will support the calendar of events, strengthening the delivery and promotion of performing arts to our community.  We seek a professional who can work collaboratively within a dynamic environment and engage well in support of our Trinity staff and students, visiting artists, performers and companies, and external hirers. To be successful in this role, you will: Have previous experience in venue and/or production management with knowledge of the South Australian/Australian arts or music industry. Be collaborative and creative in the pursuit of excellence in performance management. Be a people person - cultivate a work environment that is positive, respectful, safe and professional. Coordinate and work with other support personnel, including front-of-house staff, volunteers, and technicians. Demonstrate well-developed administration and organisation skills, ensuring a positive interaction from the initial venue enquiry, scheduling bookings to maximise usage, and accurately issuing contracts. Lead and engage positively with others when working in a creative, dynamic and fast-paced environment. Administer policies and procedures to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of performances in our theatre locations. Deliver exceptional customer service and communication outcomes. Confidence to establish positive relationships and interactions with young people. Current Dept of Human Services Working with Children Check. RRHAN-EC clearance. Unrestricted driver's license. Ability to work flexibly, outside of usual business hours and weekends, to fully support our artists and events.
