Full-time appointment on an ongoing basis. Base salary range: $91,833 – $97,052 p.a. (pro-rata) plus 17% superannuation. About the area UWA is making significant investments in the Information and Technology Services to enable its strategic direction and goals. UWA is also looking to utilise technology advancements to expand its services and create new and innovative teaching and research models.
Robust, flexible, integrated and agile enterprise architecture, information and technology services are vital to enabling the university's strategic objectives.
About the opportunity Deliver IT Support to end-users in line with IT Service Level Agreements and ensure customer satisfaction. Design and implement new systems in accordance with appropriate build guidelines and processes. Identify problem candidates, perform root cause analysis, develop documentation for known problems and make recommendations. About you Relevant University degree, ITIL certification or significant experience in Service Delivery process is essential. Substantial relevant computing experience in a customer service role. Demonstrated experience with field/on-site support of complex IT systems and services. Demonstrated experience in providing support and troubleshooting for teaching and/or research solutions and applications. Demonstrated experience in ITIL request fulfilment, incident and problem resolution and management. Note : A current National Police Clearance Certificate will be required by the successful applicant.
