We are currently looking for a full-time Office Manager with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
The annual salary is between $70,000 to $75,000.
The business is located at South Hedland, WA 6722.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and Review Office Services: Contribute to the planning and review of office services, setting priorities, and ensuring service standards meet our company's quality expectations.
Resource Allocation: Allocate human resources, office space, and cleaning equipment effectively to optimize service delivery.
Work Assignment and Monitoring: Assign cleaning tasks to staff, monitor their performance, and provide constructive feedback.
Records and Accounts Management: Manage and maintain accurate records of office operations, including financial accounts and cleaning schedules.
Liaison with Professionals: Coordinate with clients and suppliers to facilitate smooth operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
Equipment and Supplies Maintenance: Ensure all cleaning equipment is well-maintained and that supplies are adequately stocked.
Health and Safety Compliance: Implement and monitor compliance with occupational health and safety regulations to maintain a safe workplace for all employees.
Legislative Compliance: Ensure that all office operations comply with relevant government legislation, policies, and procedures.
Personnel Coordination: Oversee HR activities including hiring, training, performance management, and payroll for cleaning staff.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in office management or a related field.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
Proficient in office software and record-keeping systems.
