As our Employee Dining Room Coordinator , you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our employee dining room, maintaining a clean and inviting environment, and leading the Star Café F&B Attendants.
This is a fantastic opportunity where you will take good care of our dedicated team members.
A few of your responsibilities:  Coordinate and supervise the daily operations of the employee dining room, ensuring efficient service and adherence to health and safety standards Manage and motivate the team, providing training, guidance, and support to ensure consistent high-quality service Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies, ensuring efficient stock management Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures related to food safety and sanitation.
What we are looking for: Proven supervisory experience in food and beverage, preferably in a high-volume environment Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the hospitality industry Current QLD RSA Statement of Attainment About you:?
With your extensive experience within food & beverage, you understand the importance of taking good care of our team members.
With exceptional communication skills and the ability to create a relaxed and positive environment where safety is paramount, you're poised to excel in this role.
Your role will be pivotal in shaping the success of our Star Cafe at The Star.
