We are looking for a Sous chef to assist in LEADING our kitchen.

To be considered for this exciting opportunity you must have the following:
Skills & requirements:
The candidate must have the following skills & requirements: Excellent technical knowledge and experience in all cooking techniques Experience creating weekly specials A supportive and strong leader with great presentation and communication skills Exceptional time management and organisational skills, with the ability to work well under pressure A positive and infectious attitude Must be trade qualified 3+ years and have experience as a Sous Chef in a stand alone venue Responsibilities:
Ensure consistency and highest quality in taste and presentation of menu dishes Preparation and planning of hot and cold food, including breakfast, lunch and dinner service Ensuring all Food and safety standards are upheld Ordering and stock control Lead in minimisation of food waste If you feel you are ready to take the next step in your culinary journey with a progressive company, we would love to hear from you!
