As a Bell Captain , you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring our guests' first and last interaction at The Star is a positive and memorable experience.
This is a fantastic opportunity where you will build memorable connections with both our guests and hotel teams.
A few of your responsibilities: Support our Concierge to drive & lead our Porte-Cochere Coordinating daily operations and delegating tasks including the arrival and departure of guests Supervising a team of Hotel Porters and managing their performance Demonstrate to guests & team members a dedication to service excellence Creating outstanding service experiences that result in lasting memories What are we looking for: Extensive guest service experience in Hotel or Guest Services environment Knowledge of hotel check-in systems (Opera highly regarded) Sound knowledge of the local area and surrounds Outstanding presentation and communication skills About you: As a seasoned expert in customer service, you understand the essence of delivering world-class service. With exceptional communication skills and a positive attitude, you're poised to excel in this role.
