We are seeking an experienced, energetic and passionate Library Technician to join our Preparatory School Libraries team to support and implement operational and technical aspects as part of the Preparatory School Libraries.

The successful candidate will assist the library team in the day-to-day management and development of the library.
This is a great opportunity to showcase your excellent customer service providing support to staff and students of the College with library services, resources, and library facilities.

This is a full-time position for a long service leave cover for a 4 week period from 22 July 2024 to 16 August 2024.

Minimum Requirements: Library Technician Qualifications Familiar with Library Management Systems Experience supervising students Pro-actively seeks to engage the College community with library services, resources, and facilities.
An ability to work autonomously and as part of a team Effective interpersonal and communication skills Strong attention to detail Experience working within a library setting in a school or other educational setting Experience with Oliver as a Library Management System We offer outstanding opportunities for professional development, a supportive work environment, and new experiences.
