Our 3-2-1 Hybrid Working Model 3 days from anywhere in Australia or Aotearoa New Zealand per week,2 days from an RACP office location per week,1 of the two days per week in office spent with your team.About the Role The Professional Practice (PP) team at the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (RACP) supports physicians by managing continuing professional development (CPD) programs, providing guidance on clinical and ethical standards, and offering resources for career advancement. They create educational materials, such as courses and workshops, to help physicians maintain high-quality practice, while also advocating for their professional interests within the healthcare system.
The primary purpose of the Program Officer, College Learning Series (CLS) is to support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the CLS which is an online video lecture series for trainee Physicians in Australia and New Zealand.
Key Accountabilities Support the delivery of high-quality content and resources for the program, including supporting logistics.Deliver the processes that ensure consistent outcomes across the program.Draft communications (including briefs) to College bodies, Fellows, trainees, and other stakeholders.Provide secretariat duties for committees managed by the Program team.Collaborate with communications / marketing teams to develop materials to promote the Program.Respond to inbound queries from members and other stakeholders and log any issues as required.Catalogue and manage products, resources, and tools (e.g., lectures) with effective use of version control, naming protocols, metadata, and other tools / processes as appropriate.Assist with gaps analysis for content, including as part of a review and evaluation process.Desired Skills and Experience Excellent organisational and time management skills, with an ability to schedule meetings and organise logistics.Professional written and verbal communication skills.Experience in the administration and reporting of projects or programs and delivering outputs required within specified timeframes.Accuracy and attention to detail.Excellent database and computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Zoom.Proven ability to work in a collaborative team environment and independently without close supervision.A commitment to professional client service.To apply for this role, submit your application by COB Monday, 9 December 2024.
