Our client is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Estimator/ Contract Administrator who offers a positive work ethic and a can-do attitude in all that they do!
Reporting directly to the Director, you will be joining a highly experienced commercial team. A pivotal aspect of your role will involve acquiring a deep understanding of the projects across SEQ region, providing accurate quote estimates and tender documentation.
The successful candidate must possess solid experience in estimation and tendering in commercial plumbing construction. You're known for your excellent communication skills, reliability, and attention to detail. With an exciting pipeline of projects already awaiting, you will be joining a small friendly team in a fast-paced environment.

Estimating Tender Management Systems and rates development Cost plan preparation Work with the in-house design team for value management Manage Supply pricing Track down leads and tender opportunities Skills and Experience:
Minimum 5 years' experience in commercial estimation Certificate III in plumbing an advantage Proficient in Microsoft suite Excellent verbal and written communication skills Highly organised with the ability to prioritise, multitask and meet tight deadlines Strong attention to detail Great team player. Ability to work autonomously and unsupervised
