About the role
Are you a super organised and dedicated Administrator seeking a fresh start in 2025? Join our growing Compliance team in Sydney. This role is a full-time permanent position. Reporting to the Team Leader – Compliance, you will be responsible for providing a range of compliance and administrative services for our team who specialise in strata building compliance.
Objectives
Manage annual fire safety statements, cooling tower, lift registration, swimming pool and any other compliance requirements. Issue work orders and quote requests. Liaise with contractors, strata managers and strata committees to ensure inspections and defect works are closed out by the renewal dates. Manage tasks and renewal dates for building compliance. Maintain Building compliance pages within our Community Hub operating platform. Complete invoicing for customers as per contract agreements. About you
Ideally you will have 2 years' experience in a similar all-rounder role specialising in administration, but if not, the right attitude and willingness to learn and grow will set you apart from the rest! You're known for outstanding client service and communication skills (written & verbal). You can professionally deal with clients and third parties. You have an eye for detail and exceptional time management skills. If you want to be the "glue" for our tribe and are genuinely a nice person who is always willing to pitch in when the chips are down, then we will consider you! We are a hardworking team, who pride ourselves on being loyal, supportive and we always work with the highest integrity. We love catching up with one another, and we don't mind the occasional round of competitive trivia!
