ROLE
This is a great opportunity for an experienced PM/SPM seeking a role that will keep them on projects around Wollongong and the surrounding areas. This is a long-term career opportunity working with a well-established team looking at a pipeline of work stretching out for years to come. This is quite a rare opportunity, the position is open due to valid reasons. The current pipeline is under good management and there's more work to start in 2025/2026. Fair to say the role is arguably best suited to a construction professional looking for a long-term career based in the Illawarra.
YOU
A strong track record as a PM/SPM ideally on residential apartment projects in recent years having delivered in accordance to the DBP Act. Some commercial experience or large scale fitout/refurb in other sectors would also assist you progressing on the shortlist. Experienced in end-to-end management of projects circa $30 Million plus. Ideally, you are local to Wollongong; naturally, we are open to applicants from further afield but 100% of the work is in the Illawarra region for 2025. Strong commercial capabilities having either come from a Contracts Administration background or have had to manage financial and legal functions on your projects as a PM. Proficient with MS Project, Procore and cost control software (like Cheops or Jobpac etc).
