Our client, one of the most reputable universities in the world, is seeking the experience of a PMO Analyst to play a key role in the ongoing management of optimised portfolios.
This will be executed through extensive data analysis, stakeholder management, and very importantly, the delivery of reporting deliverables and reviews.
Essential Responsibilities: Deliver value adding and actionable, planned and ad-hoc reports to diverse stakeholders.
These are likely to include governance decks, status analysis, PPM extracts, some spreadsheet modelling, register extracts, portfolio and audit actions logs and benefits registers.Support the portfolio, program and project management, through the development and continuous improvement of policies, procedures, processes, tools, techniques, templates and checklists, under the guidance of a PMO Manager.Business administration, support and improvement of PPM tools, including business intelligence reports.
These are likely to include becoming fluent in the current PPM tool (Clarity) and assisting in improvements, assisting in governance minute taking and actions follow ups, running BI reports.Supporting inter PMO forums, assisting in running workshops with diverse participants, being able to develop as a point of expertise on some parts of the delivery methodologies.Highly Desirable Responsibilities: Operating and delivering in a context of a dynamic and, at times, pressured work environment.Acquiring a thorough working knowledge of the ever-changing nature of the University and the ability to develop an in-depth understanding of the issues facing various projects, programs and portfolios.Ability to work both independently and within a team environment, as well as to collaborate with teams across the University.Gathering and presenting accurate information of varying scale and complexity to support rapid decision-making.To be considered for the role, click the 'apply' button or for more information about this and other opportunities please contact Jennifer Bohm on 02 9464 5518 or email: ****** and quote the above job reference number.
