About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Civil Supervisor – Pipelaying to join our team. Reporting to the Civil Construction Manager, you will oversee large-scale infrastructure projects, including trunk sewer, pipelaying, and water systems. This permanent position is based in the Toowoomba Darling Downs region and offers a competitive salary, job stability, and a supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are implemented and achieved. Lead and manage a team of plumbers, operators, labourers, and apprentices, providing guidance and support. Review project plans, specifications, and drawings to identify potential issues and recommend solutions. Enforce strict safety protocols to maintain a safe and compliant worksite. What You'll Bring:
