The Team Leader role is to utilize their expert clinical skills by undertaking a caseload, providing supervision and support to other team members. In doing so, the role ensures standards are met, evidence-based practice is implemented, and the service is responsive to the needs of the community.
To provide quality, specialist client-centered assessment and treatment in the context of a holistic framework and in a multi-disciplinary team setting.

To thrive in this role, you will have:
Registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as one of the following: a Registered Nurse with a Postgraduate Diploma in Mental Health or equivalence, Occupational Therapist, Social Worker with eligibility for membership for the Association of Australian Social Workers, or a Psychologist with an approved degree in Psychology. Excellent clinical, time management, organisational, and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and problem solve. A compassionate, flexible, and positive approach to effective patient care and management. The ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment. You will also be required to provide evidence of, or be in the process of obtaining:
