As a new member of the Electrodry team your role will include: • Carpet, upholstery cleaning, tile and grout cleaning and wood floor refurbishment as well as a range of other services that you will become trained and qualified to undertake.
• Positively recommending additional products and services to customers

• Use and general maintenance of machinery
• Preparation of daily paperwork and receipt of payments from customers

To be a successful candidate for this role you must: • Have a current licence and can drive manual vehicle
• Demonstrate strong communication skills

• Successful candidates have had a background in carpentry, maintenance, hospitality and sales
RemunerationIn this full time role you'll start at a training rate of $31 per hour plus commissions and bonuses payable from your third week of employment. Once you have demonstrated the required level of technical proficiency providing our primary services of carpet and upholstery cleaning (usually a 3 month process), you will move to a Qualified Technician base rate of $32 per hour.
When you have proven proficiency in one of our specialist service verticals (wood floor refinishing, mould removal or tile and grout cleaning), your base pay will change to $33 per hour.
Our generous commission and bonus structure rewards high levels of customer service, reliability and business performance. Once qualified you can expect to earn between $1,300 and $1,800 per week plus super & vehicle. Experience is not required and training will be provided. A vehicle will be provided for the successful applicant for travel to and from work.
