Administration Officer Location : Picton, Australia
Salary : $34.59 per hour casual rate
Hours : Monday to Friday 9.00am-3.00pm
Job Type : Open ended temp role, potential for permanency
Our client is seeking an Administration Officer to support the daily operations of a food manufacturing company.
The preferred and successful candidate will have a dynamic "can do" attitude, work well as part of a team while also taking initiative in unsupervised conditions, and possess a firm understanding of administration and support duties.
The role will require, but is not limited to the following duties:
Provide general administrative support including filing, scanning, and data entry.Manage the main phone line and be the first point of contact for phone enquiries.Support managers and supervisors with general administrative tasks.Sign in and out visitors following the proper processes.Qualifications and Required Skills: A minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role.Attention to detail and accuracy.Desire to develop and learn.Highly developed and articulate communication skills both verbal and written.If you believe you meet the criteria for this role, please apply now or email your resume to Hannah Limond at [email address].
