The role & responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service in store with premium productWork as part of a team to achieve sales and KPI targetsProcess large volumes of stockPick and pack click and dispatch ordersAssist in maintaining the in-store operations including housekeeping, VM & cleaning requiredMaintain a positive CAN-DO attitude at all times to sell to our customersTo be successful in this role, you will bring: Full availability from Mid-November 2024 to Mid-February 2025 – specifically weekends, late nights, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve & New Year's DayPrevious retail experience preferred but not essentialA commitment to providing exceptional customer service and an unforgettable shopping experienceA passion for streetwear and sneaker cultureThe ability to work well within a fast-paced and energetic team environmentSelf-motivated and willingness to meet/exceed sales targets & KPIsAbility to listen and use feedback constructivelyAt Accent Group Limited, we are committed to creating an inclusive workplace that promotes and values diversity and inclusion.
