As the Primary Care Dexcom Territory Business Manager - Sydney North (TBM), you will play a key role in driving regional business growth and enhancing the adoption of our cutting-edge Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) products. Where you come in: You will represent AMSL/Dexcom, promoting Dexcom's CGM product range to healthcare professionals in both public and private sectors within the diabetes healthcare area. You will increase the adoption of Dexcom products by directly promoting them to primary care healthcare professionals, ensuring sales growth, excellent service, support, and goodwill. You will offer support to healthcare professionals and people living with diabetes by providing education, training, and technical support at targeted primary care centres. You will influence and engage primary care physicians, diabetes education nurses, and other healthcare professionals to prescribe Dexcom products. You will train healthcare professionals on Dexcom products and assist in integrating them into practice. You will initiate starts on the Dexcom CGM and deliver exceptional customer support. You will increase Dexcom's market share and meet/exceed regional sales targets and KPIs in line with company expectations. You will collaborate with the AMSL/Dexcom Territory Business Managers and other functions to facilitate territory sales growth and achieve sales targets and KPIs. You will represent Dexcom at local, regional, and national trade shows and exhibitions to promote Dexcom products to the diabetes community. You will manage the territory with respect to cost-effective travel, time, and business-related expenditure. You will complete all administrative requirements in a timely fashion as directed by management. You will determine objectives, plan schedules, and manage activities to complete tasks effectively. What makes you successful: You have demonstrated success in sales, ideally within the primary care sector, with a track record of delivering consistent results in line with targets. You possess excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop long-term relationships across key customer groups and present effectively. You have exceptional skills in engaging customers and creating strong business relationships. You can provide innovative ideas for business growth and effectively manage key accounts. You are capable of effectively training and educating others. You have a minimum of 2 years in a related role, preferably in Primary Care Diabetes or Medical Device sales. You have a current Driver's License and Working with Children's Check. You are willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and/or evenings. Travel: You will travel locally, including overnight stays, to current and potential clients' localities as directed by the business and management team.
