About this opportunity:
Review, development and implement the Safety & Wellbeing and HR policies and initiatives in line with relevant legislation and organisational strategic plan
Lead WHS initiatives, ensuring compliance with legislation and fostering a culture of safety.
Champion the WHS audit function to support policy frame work and deliverable KPI metrics
Collaborate with leaders, executives and relevant stakeholders to support the management of workers' compensation and injury and RTW inline with applicable legislation
HR Generalist support duties, including but not limited to, recruitment, onboarding and advice
Undertake other projects that align with the HR function
