About The Role Responsible for the prompt and accurate onboarding of Associates into our payroll system (PeopleSoft & FastTrack), which involves follow-ups with branches in case of missing or incorrect information. Process timely and accurately timesheets, expenses, and leaves, ensuring maximum level of compliance towards internal controls and applicable regulations. Ensure payroll errors are resolved using the appropriate resolution journey. Promptly escalate cases, system errors, risks, and concerns to Payroll Team Leader. Provide exceptional customer service through responsive, effective, and timely response to queries via phone, cases, or email. About You 1 year of experience in Payroll. Sound knowledge of government payroll processes, including award interpretation. Statutory reporting including superannuation, payroll tax, workers compensation, etc. Solid Microsoft Office Package experience. Sound communication skills, verbal and written. Manage superannuation compliance and administration. Able to work collaboratively to solve issues and problems. On Offer
