About the role: Reporting to the Associate Director of Sales VIC/TAS, as the Sales Manager , you will have a hunger to drive sales, achieve KPIs and revenue targets.
Your key focus will be to develop and enhance business opportunities into Quincy Hotel Melbourne, Vibe Hotel Melbourne Docklands, Destination Pentridge and the wider TFE Hotels portfolio. Achieving set revenue targets and source new business for our hotels.
Key Responsibilities will include (but not limited to): Manage existing business and develop new preferred agreements with key segments. Present to hotel owners, General Managers, and other internal stakeholders. Work with the client base on all levels including new business opportunities, sales calls, presentations, virtual updates, and site inspections to increase sales. Maintain the highest levels of customer service with both internal and external customers. Work with the Director of Sales to develop the annual sales plan, taking into consideration business trends, market conditions, and industry forecasts. About you: 3-5 years experience in a senior sales leadership role, from hotels or travel management . Previous experience in developing business and increasing sales. Demonstrated experience working with and exceeding KPI's. Strong commercial acumen (financials and sales budgets). Exceptional time management, and the ability to multitask. High level attention to detail. Confident and articulate communication, presentation and networking skills. Outstanding attention to detail. Strong sales and negotiation experience (including cold and warm calling). Intermediate skills with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
