The opportunity Location: Australia (Office, Hybrid, or Remote) Contract: Full-time, 2-year fixed-term appointment As the Head of Transformation, you will lead our Growth and Transformation (G&T) Strategy, optimise systems and workflows, and foster cross-functional collaboration to achieve organisational excellence.

Key responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Drive the implementation of Tetra Tech's Growth and Transformation Strategy, aligning it with organisational goals and priorities.
Cross-Functional Integration: Act as a connector across workstreams, promoting collaboration and integration.
Optimisation and Innovation: Identify procedural roadblocks, enhance workflows, and champion system improvements.
Leadership Collaboration: Partner with the Leadership Team to prioritise and execute complex projects, delivering high-impact outputs such as tools, templates, and frameworks.
Communication and Engagement: Develop and execute a comprehensive communications plan to keep teams aligned and informed.
Team Development: Lead and grow the Business Systems team, fostering high performance and professional development.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong internal and external relationships to advance transformation goals.
Data-Driven Insights: Provide metrics and insights to inform strategic decision-making.
Champion Change: Foster a culture of innovation and accountability to drive transformation success.
Selection criteria You'll bring expertise, vision, and a collaborative spirit to this pivotal role.
Here's what we're looking for:
Education: Postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resource Development, Economics, Public Policy, or a related field.
Experience: Proven leadership in large-scale transformation, ideally in international development or consulting sectors.
Skills: Advanced systems thinking, change management, and project management expertise.
Communication: Exceptional ability to craft compelling narratives and deliver clear, concise messaging.
Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to align cross-functional teams and build influential relationships.
Innovation: A track record of optimising systems and processes for operational efficiency.
