For more information, please visit our website.The opportunityBased in Australia (in office, hybrid or remote)Full-time ongoing roleLead complex projects from inception to delivery, ensuring technical excellence and compliance.Key responsibilitiesApply technical expertise in infrastructure development across various sectors, ensuring high-quality and timely deliverables.Develop and deliver proposals, bid strategies, and marketing efforts to secure new business opportunities.Lead and oversee complex infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance, budget control, and client satisfaction.Promote sustainability, gender equality, and inclusive development across all initiatives.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.Mentor and support the professional growth of less experienced staff within the practice area.Monitor industry trends and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and methodologies.Actively engage in marketing, scoping, and strategic planning to support business growth.Selection criteriaBachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Project or Construction Management, or a related field.Professional body accreditation is advantageous.At least 8 years of experience in infrastructure delivery, with a minimum of 5 years in business development within international development or a related field. Experience on international development projects is highly valued.Proven track record in bid management and project delivery for donors like DFAT, ADB, or World Bank.Familiarity with international contracting standards (e.g., FIDIC, AS2124, AS4000).Experience balancing technical, financial, and client needs across diverse teams.Strong business acumen with financial and analytical expertise.Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills in multicultural and multidisciplinary settings.Strategic thinker with influencing and negotiation capabilities.Applications will only be accepted via the Tetra Tech International Development Website.
