About the role: We are on look out for 2 Test Leads to deliver effective and efficient test solutions for projects and releases and to apply our Test Management Governance and Frameworks to define and implement the key metrics to manager and assess the test results and defect resolution.
These roles are offered as 1x Permanent role and 1x 12 months FTC with potential extension or permanency  Key Responsibilities will include:  Work within Test Governance to refine and maintain the Test Governance strategy, framework, tools and artefacts.
Provide guidance and expertise to support the management of the STLC within the SDLC for assigned projects and operational work.
Apply the scope of Functional and Non-Functional testing for releases.
Review requirements, user stories, design and architecture documents: providing feedback to the key stakeholders on completeness, correctness, traceability and testability.
Provide leadership and mentorship of test analysts within your assigned project or operational team to enable growth and development.
Apply work practices to promote the alignment of acceptance criteria relevant to functional and non-functional testing to enable key measurement criteria of software testing and defect management with assigned projects of operational team.
Improve the quality of Production releases and minimise production incidents by applying the strategic risk-driven testing across all levels and phases of testing  About you  Reporting to the Test Management Lead you will deliver our member digital ecosystems and ensure we have a modern and efficient workplace.
Knowledge and Experience: Proven test lead experience.
Experience leading a project-based test team.
Experience with test management tools in an enterprise environment eg qTest, Jira.
Good communication skills with experience in stakeholder engagement.
Forward thinking and innovative approach to functional testing techniques with an ability to improve test capabilities.
Good understanding and experience of STLC functions, including functional and manual testing.
Good understanding of the SDLC process.
Good knowledge of systems architecture and testing trends in an enterprise environment.
