About the Role: Seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our Head Office team in South Bank in a permanent full-time role.
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for the execution of end to end recruitment strategies and campaigns in line with resource plans and business objectives.
Note this position is a full time office based role with reasonable site travel required.
Key Responsibilities: Advertising, sourcing and screening candidates for wages and/or staff positions, particular focus on high volume blue collar campaigns.
Assist in the development and coordination of attraction, recruitment and selection initiatives for key or hard to fill roles Support recruitment marketing campaigns for project start-ups Partner with Hiring Managers to assess suitable candidates Engage and lead candidates through pre-employment checks including medicals, onboarding and mobilisation Liaise with labour hire companies and recruitment agencies Become an expert user and provide training on the Applicant Tracking System and HRIS software Work as part of a team, assisting with vacancies outside your portfolio as required Conduct site visits to build relationships with key stakeholders and hiring managers Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and projects Initiate and provide individual employment contracts or industrial instruments and associated paperwork for all new employees Provide and maintain recruitment and selection related data for the preparation of monthly HR activity reports (eg statistics on recruitment, employee turnover and other key HR indicators) About You: Bachelor's degree in Business or related field 2+ years Recruitment or Talent Acquisition experience Experience executing Blue-Collar high-volume recruitment campaigns Experience in the Coal Mining sector Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems and HRIS software, ideally Success Factors Experience executing recruitment marketing campaigns through Seek, LinkedIn and relevant Job Boards.
