We are now hiring for a Casual Test Administrator to join our team at 1010 Latrobe St, Melbourne, VIC 3008.Our ideal candidate demonstrates teamwork, with the availability to work a variety of shifts across Weekdays (Monday to Friday) and Weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
Our operating hours are between 7am and 11pm.We offer an attractive pay rate of $35.87 per hour.
Candidates must be flexible to work a range of shifts in the morning and evening.
This is strictly a Casual position.As a Test Administrator, you'll be responsible for:Providing exceptional customer service and a secure exam delivery environment.Complying with all testing procedures and strictly adhering to company policies.Checking and verifying candidates' identification against test registration and assisting them in setting up for the test.Explaining the exam procedures and proctoring/invigilating candidates while testing.Troubleshooting with internal departments to resolve any technical issues.Escalating any policy breaches immediately to relevant business personnel.Completing light housekeeping duties such as vacuuming the floors and sanitizing keyboards after each candidate has finished their examination.Performing other ad hoc duties as directed.To be successful in the position you'll have:A High School diploma or equivalent is required.Minimum of 1 year customer service experience is preferred.Experience proctoring or invigilating exams is highly desirable.Beginner to intermediate experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).Must be able to sit for long periods and able to bend and lift up to 20 lbs independently.Must be comfortable in a quiet testing environment, able to hear soft voices and see details from a distance.Core Competencies:Detail OrientedCommunication SkillsProblem SolvingCustomer FocusEthics and ValueWe value the power of an inclusive culture and a strong sense of belonging.
