About the role Leadership: The Manager for this role, John Jones, National Practice Manager, is based in Sydney and leads our Dynamics CRM and Power Services function. John's recent acceptance into the global Distinguished Technologists program is a testament to his visionary leadership and dedication to pushing the boundaries of technology whilst driving game-changing contributions.
As an Architect, Dynamics 365 CRM with Insight, you will own and drive challenging projects and work with customers to understand functional and business requirements and design appropriate solutions. We will count on you to be an SME for strategic client opportunities and provide leadership and technical support to your teammates. Along the way, you will get to:
Assist with developing new solution offerings, including training plans and sales enablement Research and evaluate client systems and architecture; drawing conclusions; and developing recommendations in accordance with engagement objectives Discuss project scope and budget with the customer and directing project scope to be able to be implemented on time and budget without sacrificing quality Act as a team lead on large engagements taking ownership of the project outcome and quality Identify and resolve project issues with clients Write proposal components or letters of understanding, as needed, and respond to RFPs and other marketing situations Work with internal personnel to define service opportunities, and develop standards of delivery, templates, and standard work products to meet internal and external delivery expectations Lead identification of business and technical requirements Implement technologies and solutions based on designs Plan own and team's work to meet given objectives and processes Demonstrate analytical and systematic approach to problem solving and mentor team members to follow this approach Be AmbITious: This opportunity is not just about what you do today but also about where you can go tomorrow. We are looking for a hands-on Architect with the following capabilities: Consultative: Demonstrable experience architecting, designing, and implementing advanced technical solutions Understanding of functional and business requirements to make appropriate technology recommendations Strong ability to cultivate relationships with partners, suppliers and clients in order to develop and share understanding of technology roadmaps Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate both technical and abstract concepts in a clear and concise manner Highly developed conceptual and analytical skills combined with sound judgement Ability to write quality high level and detailed architectural diagrams, strategic roadmaps and technical documentation that communicate customer vision Deliver strategic consultancy services including enterprise maturity assessments, roadmaps and technology platform evaluations Previous consulting/professional services experience is required Technical: Expert level understanding of at least 2 of the Dynamics 365 First Party Applications Expert level understanding and hands on experience with Power Automate Demonstrable and hands on experience with Power Pages including liquid, html and CSS Working knowledge with hands on experience with Copilot Studio Experience with complex CRM configuration and customisation including integration and data migration Experience in Dynamics CRM functional consulting Best practice and implementation with Application Lifecycle Management What you can expect We're legendary for taking care of you, your family and for helping you engage with your local community.
