The SA Business Chamber is looking for a dynamic and autonomous IT Manager to lead and manage the delivery of all IT services and infrastructure. This role plays a critical part in supporting the Chamber's mission to remove complexity and create opportunity for businesses across South Australia. Reporting directly to the General Manager of Strategy and Finance, the IT Manager will collaborate with senior leadership, operations managers, and external stakeholders to drive innovative technology solutions that enhance business performance and security.
As the IT Manager, you will oversee multiple Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to ensure the seamless operation of systems, including cloud platforms and bespoke applications like Microsoft Dynamics CRM. You will shape the IT and digital strategy of the organisation, managing projects that align with the Chamber's business goals. Key responsibilities include cyber security management, system monitoring, vendor relationships, and user support, all while maintaining a strong focus on financial and budgetary objectives.
You will be a strategic thinker with strong collaboration skills and the ability to manage MSP relationships effectively. A background in financial management and experience with IT procurement processes will be highly valued, as will a passion for empowering staff through innovative technology solutions, within the Not-For-Profit sector.
