Visiting pharmacies, health and department stores you will use your proven account management and relationship building skills to increase product sales and profitability to achieve organisational objectives.Provide exceptional customer service promoting TBN brands, developing current accounts and identifying new sales opportunities.Travel regionally every 6 weeks and will stay regionally for 4 days (accommodation paid for).Develop and implement effective account management strategies and solutions utilising market trends, competitor analysis and territory knowledge.Drive product sales to achieve targets, KPI's and regional growth plans.Generate accurate, timely sales activity reporting, forecasting and data analysis.Collaborate with the Sales teams and stakeholders to produce efficiencies and improvements to the supply network.Support Marketing and internal stakeholders with customer enquiries, new product launches, promotions, merchandising and displays.What you'll bringDemonstrated experience as a Territory Manager or Business Development Manager in the beauty, consumer, pharmacy, distributor or related industries is highly desirable.Ability to build meaningful relationships and provide positive customer experiences.Exceptional communications skills, resilience and strong problem solving capability.High attention to detail, ability to display initiative and work autonomously as well as part of a team.Proficient computer literacy including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CRM software systems.What's in it for youFriendly, fun people focused workplace with genuinely caring leadership.Generous product discounts and free samples.$500 to spend on health checks.Birthday day off!Interested?Click the link to Apply Now!We encourage you to apply as soon as possible as applications are reviewed as they are received.
