JOB DESCRIPTION
The NSW Territory Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales throughout NSW by selling a range of Food & Feed Diagnostics products by increasing brand awareness and providing education, technical information, and application support to customers. The primary objective of this role is to grow sales, maintain existing customer relationships and establish new business to meet corporate revenue objectives. The role will work closely with Sales, Service and Support teams to ensure high level customer service. The role is field-based with extensive travel throughout the above-mentioned territory as well as occasional international travel.
KEY DUTIES Maintaining and developing strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Promoting the product portfolio within the defined territory. Customer, trend, and competitor territory mapping to develop and implement strategies for growth. Preparing monthly sales and forecast reports. Participating in regular strategy meetings with senior management. Opportunity Management through utilization of the company CRM platform. Achieve KPI's and annual sales targets. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Tertiary level education, such as B.Sc. or equivalent. Minimum 2-3 years' experience within the food and feed industry in a sales-related role. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Strong customer focus with exceptional verbal and written communication skills. A high level of business acumen. A positive attitude and work ethic. Self-drive and initiative with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. Excellent presentation skills. Excellent time management and organisational skills. Fluency in English.
