Territory Sales Manager – Excavators, Loaders, ADT, Dozers, CompactionFull time$160,000 – $180,000 per year + 4WD + TrainingInternational dealer is currently seeking someone that has the experience and SALES potential to drive sales and win back customers for leading companies within Sydney South / West. The role requires someone that has a passion for developing new relationships and driving business forward within new markets and thinking outside of the box. The business has been around for over 30 years and they have a National presence within Australia, New Zealand along with surrounding Islands. They offer highly specialist equipment and are true market leaders within the earthmoving and heavy equipment markets.Position -In this role you're going to be targeting a huge list of customers but the general focus is targeting local councils, major fleets, large quarries, mining, forestry, Pipeline contractors, tradies and anyone else that could use earthmoving equipment. The direction is to maximise your territory by working with management in how to get the best out of your area. Planning and covering each area within the market but having your ear to the floor and talking to people is the key to your success.Each sale is either sold through two directions: 1 – Demonstration of the machine at the NSW office or if the customers want the machine on site that can also be arranged. 2 – Marketing material and working through the specification of the machine with the customer to identify which machine is best for the project or customer requirement. You need to have clear direction in machine specifications and what machine will operate in the best conditions with the best attachments. You need to have a strong understanding and the necessary skill set to work with high-end customers.Territory -You will be covering all of Sydney Metro, which encompasses Sydney South West down to Goulburn then back up to the South Coast and back throughout Sydney Metro.Candidate Requirements -2 – 3 Years' Experience within SalesKey relationships with the local markets and customers mentionedTrade Qualified as Plant Mechanic or Diesel MechanicExperience selling Attachments, Earthmoving Parts or Machinery is preferredConnections to civil construction Contractors market is highly regardedIn your section of products you have the following to work with and sell to customers:Tracked and Wheeled ExcavatorsWheel LoadersArticulated Dump TrucksTrack / Skid Steer LoadersSite DumpersForestry equipmentDrills – Blast HoleEarthmoving AttachmentsEngineering Services and Aftermarket partsSalary Package -On offer is a lucrative earning potential that can see you earn North of $180,000, which requires hard work and being all over the local projects and customers within your area.Base Salary - $85,000 to $90,000Superannuation – 11%Company 4WDPhone and LaptopFuel CardUncapped Commission Structure (to be discussed in interview)Company Training and Induction CoursesTo Apply -If you feel that this role is something that you would love to do then please forward your resume or call me on 0406 011 998.
