Territory Sales & Account Manager - Building/ConstructionThis is a great opportunity for a highly motivated on-the-road salesperson to sell into the building and construction sector!Our client's well-known brand is recognised as a leader in its field. The RoleWithin this role, you will proactively manage and grow the customer base across the Perth Metropolitan region. Targeting builders, contractors, and trades, you will market specialised product lines which are specific to industry needs, to drive new and ongoing business.Working in partnership with the company's retail, trade, and distribution networks, you'll ensure outstanding service is delivered to customers, promoting client satisfaction and retention.With access to quality leads, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline, including prospect engagement and conversion. This will be managed through the company's CRM system, enabling you to seamlessly track and control your networking, sales activity, and opportunities.
What You'll NeedTo succeed in this role, you will require the following:
Previous experience in on-road sales/business development - OR - experience within the building/construction sector and a strong desire to transition into salesImpactful communication and networking skills, with the ability to confidently engage with tradespeople on building sitesDemonstrated ability to identify and leverage opportunitiesComputer literacy, with experience in using sales/CRM systemsSelf-motivated, proactive, and organisedEffective problem-solving and negotiation skillsIn return, our client is offering a base salary of up to $100K + Super, as well as a company vehicle and generous target-based bonuses/incentives.You'll also participate in ongoing professional development, as well as enjoying a range of attractive employee benefits.If you're ready to accelerate your career with a leading Australian brand, don't hesitate, apply now!
