We are one of the leading Field Marketing organisations in Australia.About the RoleWe are looking for a driven and ambitious State Account Manager with an end user focus to help grow our market share in Food Service. This role will be a part of the team that will execute the end user strategy on a state basis and will partner very closely with our Distributor Account Managers and National Account Managers to build the full product offering in the Food Service market.Responsibilities:Understand the push/pull method of sales into distributors and end users.Create sustainable business relationships with key state end user and distributor groups within Food Service and seek all opportunities for volume and value.Conduct regular business reviews with key distributors and end users to identify areas for improvement and further opportunities for growth.Execute marketing activation plans to deliver incremental ranging in end users and distributors.Work cross functionally with marketing, R&D, and operations to develop and drive NPD to market.Consistently review the in-year plan and financial metrics, and prioritise the requirements based on risks and opportunities to meet calendar financial budget.Analyse industry and competitor trends to identify new business opportunities to maintain a competitive advantage.Identify portfolio opportunities for growth and target new customers.Build your territory through cold calling and new customer acquisitions, logging each account and call into our reporting platform.Drive compliance in national accounts on a state level.About YouStrong understanding of the end user and distributor landscape in Western Australia.Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work autonomously or as part of a team.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills.In return for your passion and success, we will reward you with a competitive remuneration package and help you achieve personal and professional growth and development.Application Questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?How many years' experience do you have as a Food Service Account Manager?Do you have experience in a role which requires relationship management experience?Do you have experience in a sales role?How many years' experience do you have in a client services/account management role?Do you have a current Australian driver's licence?
