Who you are:You are an energetic, supremely organised and articulate professional who has a passion to make a difference in the world of wound care. A true sales hunter, you will be "on the ground", interacting in different clinical environments and at all levels so it is important to understand the workings of the hospital environment. 
You preferably have a sound understanding of procurement and the private hospital network, and while you enjoy working autonomously, you are an active member in a supportive team of like-minded individuals.
We measure ourselves on the development and maintenance of long term relationships which leads to ambitious growth and exceeding sales targets.
Your responsibility:Promote and increase knowledge and usage of wound care solutions into Hospitals.Manage, develop and grow new and existing customer accounts, including Key Accounts.Build loyal relationships with customers at all levels including Nurses, Procurement and Key Opinion Leaders.Regularly present and promote products and their applications.Maintain awareness of all sales opportunities, competitor activity and performance plan.Attend exhibitions and conferences as required.Tenacity, passion and hunger for growth and results!Great business acumen and the focus, determination and drive to achieve targets.Clear and confident communicator with the ability to influence at all levels.A team player!Coloplast look for sales people who possess a strong drive, who are ambitious and are flexible in their approach.
