Multigate Medical Products (MMP) is one of Australia and New Zealand's leading suppliers of procedure packs and medical consumables for the public and private hospital markets. We are a proud family-owned business founded in 1986 that has grown significantly from humble beginnings.
Based in Brisbane, we are looking for a Territory Manager (Laparoscopic) to join our growing business, one that values innovation, quality and commitment to making a difference to patient care!
Reporting to the Division Manager in the Surgical Solutions sales team, you will manage and build key customer relationships with surgeons, nurses, and other clinicians, by promoting products and servicing key accounts within the hospital environment to reach sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop key relationships with decision-makers, KOL's, influencers and contract authorities to the extent of positively influencing the contract success rate. Actively manage your territory sales plan and ensure accurate recording of all related data. Actively manage the sales pipeline to have consistent opportunities in all stages that will deliver over sales goals results. Keep track of all upcoming tenders and contracts that Multigate (Surgical Solutions) are not currently listed on and register the information in the contracts section of the CRM or via HOS. Assist the Division Manager & Contract department in the preparation and submission of tenders by completing the sections within the tender in accordance with the SOP. About You:
Proven surgical sales experience in high value accounts within a hospital environment. Knowledge of operating room, laparoscopic procedures and surgical instrumentation advantageous. Proven capability to generate new business, building and/or leverage financial solutions to reach sales targets and drive long term business objectives within the private and public sector. Experience working in a structured environment with detailed sales planning and activity management. Demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work autonomously. Tertiary qualification in Medicine, Health or Human Sciences, Business or a related field. Your application will include the following questions:
