Our client, Proctor & Gamble, is an FMCG leader and provider of world-class brands that can be found across the globe, used by more than 8 billion people. Working Monday - Friday (38 hours per week) across the Sydney area with suburbs including Hornsby, West Ryde, Hurstville, and Sydney CBD, you will be responsible for increasing sales to drive our client's market share and category performance through store ownership using opportunity-based selling, to achieve (and not limited to) the below:
Selling in core and NPD products Negotiation of greater shelf space with managers to leverage market share Maximising upcoming and current promotional activity Driving sales results Developing strong store relationships New line pre-sell and building of range distribution Implementation of product layouts Reporting and providing feedback on key field insights and activity The Candidate At Clemenger Field Marketing, we pride ourselves on a fantastic team culture. Key Selection Criteria: Previous experience in a sales-based role in retail, FMCG, or merchandising.
