You'll join Local Digital as an Account Manager. You'll slowly be managing your own book of clients. This will be done via liaising with the production team & ongoing reporting and communication with clients.
You'll be working closely with your clients, so being able to manage their expectations, speak openly and honestly with them, while having a fun and personable relationship is key.
You'll provide high quality and insightful reports to all clients on a regular basis.
You'll work with the directors on fine tuning and improving the client experience and generally helping to improve the client services function of the business.
In the near future, you could be managing a team and your client account load will go down so you have more time to focus on education and management.

You embrace technology and look for new ways to be different from other organisations by constantly trying to raise the bar. You also have a history of already doing this. You care deeply about the customer experience and experiment with new ways of delighting clients. You're fascinated with marketing - you nerd out. Always trying to improve your knowledge and experience. You dive deep into industry blogs and you know that nothing beats taking action from what you learn. You nail the following:
Comfortable speaking to clients. Don't shy away from picking up the phone and having a chat. Great written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable running meetings.
