WOW Recruitment is looking for a field-based Territory Manager to join their high-performing team! Our client is a prominent player in the accident replacement vehicle industry, and as a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for account management and new business. This is a unique opportunity to join an established business and grow your career. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving revenue targets by identifying and gaining business from new and existing clients and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. $85k + Super + OTE $120k Fully maintained company vehicle Opportunities for career development About you: Minimum of 2 - 3 years of sales experience Current driver's licence A drive and energy to build a successful sales career Ability to achieve sales growth through strong negotiating skills Ability to work autonomously in a field-based sales role. Experience managing accounts, and to generate and convert leads. Manage existing client base to ensure relationships and referrals are maximised to their potential. Develop good in-depth relationships throughout the organisation to ensure company departments are coordinated to provide maximum Client and Partner satisfaction. Training new and existing clients on the company value proposition.
