If you're looking to contribute to a dynamic team and work with leading-edge products in a thriving market, this is the perfect opportunity for you.Job DescriptionAs a Sales Representative in this fast-growing industrial company, your key responsibilities will include:Business Development: Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities across key industries such as mining, marine, and heavy fabrication.Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.Sales Planning & Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies, manage your sales pipeline, and meet/exceed revenue targets.Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and optimise sales approaches.Product Knowledge & Quotation Preparation: Leverage in-depth product knowledge to prepare accurate quotations, provide technical advice, and support clients in selecting the best solutions.This role offers you the chance to make an immediate impact in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while advancing your career with a leading player in the industrial materials sector.The Successful ApplicantThe successful candidate will be a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional with a proven track record in business development, ideally within the industrial sector. You'll have excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels. Experience in sales or technical knowledge of industrial materials such as steel, aluminium, or engineering products is preferred but not essential.You'll be self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work autonomously while also being a team player. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a high level of initiative will be key to your success in this role. A proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities, coupled with a customer-first mindset, will help you thrive in this dynamic and competitive market.
