Reporting to the New South Wales Regional Manager, you'll successfully carry out the company objectives within the territory servicing Pharmacies and Health Food Stores. You will be ensuring all targets and budgets are achieved whilst also being an active sales team member.Key Accountabilities:To achieve and/or exceed set sales budgets and actively participate in the representative's incentive program.To achieve the optimum coverage for your customers within your specified territory, whilst operating in a cost-effective manner in keeping with the division's normal standards.To maintain McPherson's display stands in-store to a high standard, whilst proactively seeking additional space for the McPherson's brands where possible.To maintain and grow existing customer relationships within your specified territory, protecting and growing the existing market leading positions for McPherson's brands whilst acting as a trusted advisor for McPherson's varied products and services.Initiate in-store activities i.e. POS, merchandising, training, expo's and customer events specific to key accounts in required timeframe.To provide written reports/field intelligence electronic or otherwise, in a timely manner as requested by the State Manager (visit Salesforce, display photo's, 12-week call planners, field reports, surveys etc.)Ensure that you behave in keeping with current HR/WHS guidelines and regulations.Manage territory call cycles and minimum call rate standards to maintain and grow state-based relationships.Utilise existing business information that will assist with your responsibilities. (i.e. newsletters, cycle presentations, trade presenters, catalogues, sales data, general business reports.)About You:As the ideal candidate, you should have:The ability to support and nurture a positive team environment.Strong time management abilities.Solid presentation and territory based analytical skills.Field knowledge/Territory Management experience.Proven skills in defining, prioritising, and organising competing tasks to meet deadlines.The ability to analyse and resolve complex problems which may require the involvement of multiple parties.The ability to make sound evidence-based decisions under pressure.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Experience using CRM Tools – REX Offline platform preferred.Ready to make an impact?
