Job Description: As an internal salesperson, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to our customers within the electrical industry.
Responsibilities in a typical workday include:
Providing attentive service to customers at the counter.
Ensuring a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience for customers.
Efficiently processing and following up on customer orders, providing quotes, and promptly responding to phone inquiries.
Maintaining accurate records of purchase orders, quotes, and ongoing projects.
Receiving products from suppliers and organizing them on shelves.
Matching incoming and outgoing goods with their corresponding invoices and delivery dockets
Handling online orders and coordinating deliveries.
Addressing customer inquiries promptly and following up as necessary.
Qualifications required for this role:
• Strong work ethic.
• Previous Electrical Wholesale Experience is highly regarded 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
