Job DescriptionCEA is looking for an experienced Sales/Territory Manager to support and build our customer base! This role will work across our brands: Ditch Witch, Ring-O-Matic, JCB Mini Excavators & Skid Steer Loaders, and Diamond Z. We offer an attractive salary, commission scheme, TOT vehicle, fantastic team + more!
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: Achieve and exceed new equipment sales budgetPromote and sell used equipment at every opportunityImplement product-focused sales strategies as directedImplement application-focused sales strategies as directedManage the whole sales process from start to machine deliveryMaintain a relationship with current and past customers in your territoryManage and facilitate product demonstrations within your territoryReport as required on sales, budget, and strategic objectivesRepresent the company at shows, exhibitions, and business forums within your territoryPrepare and submit all paperwork related to sales orders to relevant departments within the businessAttend and participate in weekly sales meetingsAdvise Sales Administrator of any changes within the Customer DatabaseAssist the General Sales Manager with tender submissions and preparationsEnsure that the Customer Database is updated with quotations and customer feedbackROLE REQUIREMENTS: Proven ability in territory managementAbility to achieve sales budgets in territoryAbility to cold callAbility to relate to this market sectorCurrent and ongoing knowledge of opposition products and market pricingAbility to implement specific sales strategiesAbility to represent the company with customers professionallyAbility to represent the company with the manufacturerAbility to use current electronic mediums and systems within the companyAbility to report on business trends to othersDesired Skills and ExperienceAn attractive remuneration package commensurate with your experience.TOT VehicleCommission Scheme - uncapped earning potential!A commitment to your ongoing professional development.Employee milestone, reward, and recognition programsAccess to Private Health Corporate Discounts with HBFEmployee Benefits Program (Perkbox) - access to discounts from hundreds of brands!Why work with us: Growing family owned and operatedCareer advancement opportunities, locally & nationallyGreat team with a friendly supportive cultureEmployee assistance and wellbeing program for employees and for members of their household
