Job Description About the Opportunity We are keen to get an awesome new team member onboard to work as a full-time Territory Manager!
Our client, Proctor & Gamble, is an FMCG leader and provider of world-class brands that can be found across the globe, used by more than 8 billion people. Working Monday to Friday (38 hours per week) across the Sydney area with suburbs including Hornsby, West Ryde, Hurstville, and Sydney CBD, you will be responsible for increasing sales to drive our client's market share and category performance through store ownership using opportunity-based selling, to achieve (and not limited to) the below:
Selling in core and NPD products Negotiation of greater shelf space with managers to leverage market share Maximising upcoming and current promotional activity Driving sales results Developing strong store relationships New line pre-sell and building of range distribution Implementation of product layouts Reporting and providing feedback on key field insights and activity The Candidate At Clemenger Field Marketing, we pride ourselves on a fantastic team culture. Key Selection Criteria: Relevant experience in a sales-based role in retail, FMCG, and merchandising, highly favourable in Independent Grocery Strong communication and negotiation skills Excellent time management skills and a positive attitude Able to work autonomously Valid driver licence and reliable car An attractive total salary package including superannuation and car allowance is on offer. This is an autonomous role with comprehensive training and in-field support, along with a company-provided iPad to work via apps to report on your tasks and plan your call cycle. You will have the chance to work with a market leader in the FMCG category.
