Territory Manager - Far North Queensland Aspen Australia is one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in Australia. We are recruiting for a Territory Manager to join our Consumer/OTC Sales team in a dynamic hybrid role. You'll be responsible for cultivating strong business relationships with bannered accounts, independent pharmacies, and Health Care Professionals (HCPs) across Far North Queensland, covering the region from Mackay to Cairns.
Reporting to the QLD/NSW Sales Manager, you will be joining a successful, high performing and collaborative team, who work together to support each other, resolve challenges and celebrate wins. You will be required to meet sales budgets and quarterly cycle objectives for your territory through a combination of territory planning and superb relationship management. Responsibilities will include:
Driving sales and distribution of a comprehensive portfolio of Consumer/OTC brands, in line with quarterly and annual targets. Meeting quarterly and annual sales and distribution targets through assigned Pharmacies. Managing in-store training and merchandising activities. Promoting our range of leading medications to GPs, clinics and health care professionals (including ENT specialists), in line with sales revenue targets. Conducting weekly territory planning. Maintaining the CRM system. Analysing sales data to identify growth opportunities. About You: To succeed in this environment you must be self-motivated, adaptable, highly organised and able to work in a collaborative team environment. In addition:
Demonstrated experience in a sales/account management or customer facing role within a pharmaceutical, pharmacy or healthcare environment. Solid analytical and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect and create rapport with a variety of people. Tertiary qualifications in a pharmacy, science or business discipline will be highly regarded. Aspen Australia is a division of Aspen Pharmacare Holdings Limited.
